Dear Editor: Our supervisors want to put a 40-cent tax on cigarettes. I am a smoker and I have another idea: Put a 20-cent tax on a pack of cigarettes and a 20-cent tax on each can of beer. This would bring in a lot more cash for our county. More people drink beer...
