Dear Editor:
I do not have a bone in the cigarette tax fight. Not knowing how the law reads, does it mean other forms of nicotine delivery are exempt from the tax?
As one said, some will spend $5 in fuel and time to save $0.50 on the product.
This is my concern as the consumers die off. Will the counties do a under-the-table addition to the tax to keep the income up?
