The Eastern Shore Post, founded in 1999, is published each Friday and covers Accomack and Northampton counties on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. The free publication is available at hundreds of distribution sites up and down the Shore, from Pocomoke City, Md., to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel. The weekly Eastern Shore Post and Eastern Shore First, the area’s lifestyle monthly, are locally owned by Cape Media LLC.
The Eastern Shore Post is the only locally owned newspaper on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. It is published each Friday and 12,000 copies are distributed free to readers at hundreds of locations from Pocomoke, Md., and Chincoteague, Va., to Cape Charles, Va. SUSBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions are mailed every FRIDAY. They are sent via first class mail. The cost for a one-year subscription is $160; a six-month subscription is $85.
