Mrs. Helen Catherine Scott, 99, of Chincoteague, passed away at home on Aug. 12, 2025. Born in Milton, Del., in 1925, Helen moved to Chincoteague in 2020 following a hospitalization. She lived with her friends Charlie and Nancy Kupelian until her peaceful passing....
