Ms. Shirley V. Bibbins, 71, of Parksley, made her transition and received her heavenly wings on Saturday, Nov. 28, 2020, at Shore Health & Rehab Center in Parksley.
Born in Accomack, Shirley was the daughter of the late James T. Bibbins and the late Margaret F. Custis. She worked in the deli at Red & White Convenience Store in Parksley for a short period of time.
Graveside services were held on Monday, Dec. 7, 2020, at the Wharton Cemetery, Mappsville, with the Rev. Milton P. Bunting officiating.
Shirley leaves to cherish her fondest memories: three sisters, Barbara White, Elaine Mears, and Joyce Bibbins; two brothers, James Bibbins and Jackie Bibbins; one aunt, Agnes Blake; special nephews, Terence, Keyonte’, and Tre’Quan; special nieces, Tinya and Tywanda; and a host of other relative and friends.
