Mrs. Jacqueline “Kaye” Watkins, 81, of Norfolk, formerly of Locustville, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2022, at Signature HealthCare in Norfolk. Born Jan. 28, 1940, in Covington, Va., she was the daughter of the late Larry Hildreth Brown and the late Bernice Willis Brown.
Kaye is survived by her son, Richard Flenner, of Chesapeake; niece, Laurie Hesson, and her family of St. Augustine, Fla.; and dear friend, Peggy Pruitt. In addition to her parents, Kaye was predeceased by her husband, Joe Watkins; sister, Joyce Brown Milliner; and brothers, Larry B. Brown, James Franklin Brown, and Thomas Harold Brown.
Private interment held at the Fairview Lawn Cemetery in Onancock.
