Mrs. Claudine Maxine Smith, 58, of Pungoteague, received eternal life Friday, March 12, 2021, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital, Onancock.
Born in Davis Wharf, Claudine was the beloved daughter of the late Clyde Davis and the late Lucy M. Bailey. She was a hard worker, dedicating 35 years to Perdue Farms. She was married to Bennie Smith.
Private funeral services will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021, at Cooper & Humbles Funeral Co., Accomac, with the Rev. Jesse Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in the Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery, Painter.
She leaves her love and fond memories to her husband, Bennie Smith; children, Fabian Smith and Chantel Davis; four grandchildren; 10 siblings, Larry Davis, Cynthia Purnell, Clyde Davis, Cindy Byrd, Henry Davis, Tyrone Davis, Dean Davis, Dannette Haggins, Louise Coston, and Dorothy Prince; and a host of other relatives and friends.
