Mrs. Patricia Willis Brooks Joyce, 75, wife of the late Albert L. Brooks and a resident of Cape Charles, passed away Friday, March 27, 2020, at Heritage Hall Healthcare in Nassawadox. A native of Nassawadox, she was the daughter of the late Wallace D. Willis and the late Martha Kunes Willis. She was a retired teacher’s aide for Northampton County Public Schools. To honor her wishes, services were held privately in Capeville Masonic Cemetery.
