Dr. C. Parke Scarborough III, 77, of Manakin, Va., died at Bon Secours Hospice House on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018. Dr. Scarborough practiced dentistry on the Eastern Shore of Virginia for many years. A funeral mass will be scheduled at St. Bridget’s Catholic Church in Richmond, Va.
